Preparations

Tips for improving your construction experience:
  1. Remove any breakables and/or valuables from your walls, like pictures and small shelves with decorative items.
  2. Regard your home as a work zone and be aware there are nails and other debris present until the final cleanup.
  3. Although we scour the area at final clean up, be aware there could be a few nails left behind once the dumpster is removed.
  4. For roofing projects, there will be debris all around your home. At the end of the day it is picked up and moved to the dumpster and all tarps removed.
  5. If your roofing project takes longer than one day, we use tarps to protect your bare roof from the weather until the following day.
  6. We allot a four to five day window to begin your project. If we are working on a project and have bad weather or find rotted wood, it may take longer to be able to begin your project. Quality is priority, and please have patience while we give the current project the same quality that we will provide you.
  7. We stock up on materials to ensure keeping from falling short on materials to complete your project. Any remaining materials are picked up and returned.
