Our Story

Having attended St. Olaf College and graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Carthage College, Erik Wilson began remodeling homes and designing additions as a carpenter 15 years ago. In 2002, he started Weather Shield Contracting, Inc. and over the next five years he began specializing in interior kitchens and bathrooms, and gradually added roofing and siding to his repertoire of services.

Since the company's inception, Weather Shield Contracting, Inc.'s crews have grown from not only roofing, siding and windows, but have made a name for themselves in commercial and industrial remodeling, both exterior and interior in-house design as well.
